Job title:
All attorneys of the firm hold the professional title Patentanwalt / Patentanwalt, awarded in the Federal Republic of Germany, and are members of the Patentanwaltskammer (Patent Bar Association).
As far as the attorneys are entered in the Register of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (EPO), they continue to bear the title "Professional Representative before the European Patent Office" or "European Patent Attorney", are subject to membership in the EPI and the Code of Professional Conduct of the EPI.

The use of the professional titles "European Trademark Attorney" and "European Design Attorney" is permitted to the relevant professionals upon registration in the list of professional representatives at the European Union Intellectual Property Office in accordance with Article 120 of Council Regulation (EC) No 2017/1001 of 14 July 2017 on the Union trade mark and Article 78 of Council Regulation (EC) No 6/2002 of 12 December 2001 on Community designs. The Regulations are available at the EUIPO. The European Union has the authority to confer this professional title.
